Our Customer Communication team focuses on your written customer communication. No matter whether confirmation- and information letters, forms, account statements or marketing mailings are concerned – your correspondence will be processed and customized according to Corporate Identity specifications using different communication channels (by post or email).

Our mail service located at our site professionally undertakes the handling of your entire customer correspondence in the field of printing, enveloping including the addition of supplements and delivery-/port optimized transfer to the dispatch service provider.

Of course, our Customer Communication Management service includes the generation of all documents in real time. An example of this is the customer online portal or the online application process. After defined raw data has been entered, your forms are generated dynamically and on-demand and are provided to your customers for further disposition.

Within the frame of document generation, all documents are provided with barcodes. This serves as basis for our Document Management team and subsequent processing – such as e.g. automatic storage into the customer file after the document has been generated or processing of incoming mails (digital/by post).

Our incoming mail service entirely processes your digital or postal correspondence.

The document transfer to the archiving system is based on the work flow to effectively support further processing.
