Application Management Operation
We implement the user software products that we agree upon with our customers in handwriting. We guarantee that the data that are to be administered and processed are always allocated in an obvious way to the customer using technical and organizational measures.

- Provision of a system-technical infrastructure
- Administration of the application
- Preparation and technical monitoring of processing
- Processing on a daily / monthly / quarterly / year-end basis
- Monitoring of service level agreements
and reporting
In addition to process scheduling and controlling of the dialog and batch, we can take over monitoring of decentralized systems from LAN/WAN and the branch network, if desired. Processes are regulated in the service organization manual (SOHB) for services that are in the contract.
